Office Hours

Each day, the office is closed for lunch from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m.

Insurance Information

You will be responsible for a portion your charges. It ranges from 10 to 30%, but can peak as high as 50% depending on your individual policy. Our office will contact your insurance company’s benefit program to determine the exact amount.

Emergency/After Hours

Routine questions and prescription refills should be handled during regular office hours. For after-hour emergencies, please call our office number (318) 212-3706 and your call will be directed as necessary. We will be available to care for you at WK Pierremont Health Center.

Physician Emergencies During Office Hours

If an emergency occurs that takes the doctor away during your scheduled appointment, we will inform you immediately and give you an opportunity to wait, return or re-schedule. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Tips for First Time Patients

These tips will help you obtain the maximum benefit from your visit with us:

• You will be asked to fill out a new patient registration form. To save time you can print one here and bring it with you already completed.
• You should bring any test results or films with you. These can be obtained by contacting the facility where they were performed and asking to pick them up.
• Request that any reports from your tests be mailed or faxed to us. Our fax number is (318) 212-3708.
• Bring your insurance card. We will need to make a copy for your medical records.
